Dr Juma Al Kasbi is a Head and Neck Oncology Surgeon at Sultan Qaboos Comprehensive Cancer Care and Research Centre (SQCCCRC). He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree (MBChB) in 2010 from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He received his basic training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in France. After five years of residency training, he obtained a specialization degree in 2019. He then completed a-two-years fellowship in Advanced Head and Neck Surgical Oncology including the minimally invasive micro laryngeal laser surgery at Lille University. Additionally, he received a national diploma in microsurgery organized by plastic and reconstructive surgery department at Lille University in 2020.
Dr Juma is currently practicing as a surgical oncologist under the Head and Neck program at SQCCCRC focusing on the treatment of Head and Neck tumors including parotid, salivary glands, thyroid and parathyroid tumors. He is interested in providing best quality care based on available resources. He is also a member of several professional organizations including the French Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (SFORL).
