The organizational structure of the Center shows a structure that facilitates a team-based culture. It also reinforces the Center’s leadership in cancer care, research and prevention. We will continue to deliver patient care, research, and teaching and learning through six multidisciplinary integrated clinical programs: Breast, Gastrointestinal, Urogenital, Women’s Health, Thorax and Head and Neck, and rare types of cancer. To enable each program to deliver its integrated functions, it will be staffed with highly qualified and dedicated Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, and supporting services staff.

We have a responsibility to ensure that the Center is strong and focused on the future and maintain to position SQCCCRC as the premier cancer care center in the Sultanate. Through a more diverse leadership we will work within a team and across the Center to do what is best for our patients and the mission.
